Istanbul is a big city having more than 15 million inhabitants. Heavy traffic and possible long travelling times between hotels and the university should be considered in finding accommodation. So the best choice is to choose hotels close to the rail system (Metro (Sirkeci -Ataturk Airport)) or Tramway (Kabatas-Zeytinburnu). The Organizing Committee recommends that participants select their accommodation from among the hotels as suggested below.
The Organizing Committee does not have any responsibility for accommodation and reservations. All reservations and payments regarding accommodation must be done by the participants directly with the accommodation providers by using their contact information provided below and mentioning about ICRAPAM 2015 for special rates. Millions of tourists arrive in Istanbul in June therefore, finding a room may be a challenge in hotels. We would like the participants to make their reservations as soon as possible if they are going to stay at the recommended hotels.
